Ankle Sprain Management

For the Youth Athlete

Sports including football, basketball and volleyball are all plagued with ankle sprain injuries. Join Dr. Brianna Ludtke, Physical Therapist and Owner of Flytta Performance, and Tory Salokar, Athletic Trainer, for an Ankle Sprain Management Workshop.

Learn about ankle sprains, post-injury decision making, research-backed treatment plans and considerations, and hands-on learning how to tape an ankle to help you, your athletes and teammates manage these injuries better on and off the field/court. Athletic tape will be provided to all participants to practice taping skills on a partner.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Registration is not complete without submitted payment. All attendees must be signed up in advance. Space is limited to 20 participants. If the workshop has filled, you will still be able to register, added to a waitlist and notified. We may be able to increase our space needs to accommodate the demand but can't guarantee this.

Refund Policy: Registration fee is not refundable. If you've been waitlisted and are unable to attend, refunds will be issued promptly after the workshop.

Cancellation/No Show: We understand things come up. Unfortunately, the registration fee is not refundable. As a courtesy, we request that you notify us via email or text that you will not be able to attend. This allows someone on the waitlist an opportunity to learn and benefit from this workshop.
