Join Coach Swanberg to help your athlete develop greater explosive power and top end speed! If your tired of a cookie cutter program and training groups that are too large to give your athlete the attention they deserve, you need to join this program! Training groups are capped at six athletes so we can provide individualized coaching, modifications, and accountability you won't find anywhere else. This approach will help your athlete develop faster and gain greater confidence compared to other programs. We can generally accomplish more in two sessions per week versus training sessions with larger groups that train four or more times per week. Training Sessions Usually Include: - Warm Up - Skill Based Exercises and Drills (Acceleration, Top End Speed, Running/Jumping Mechanics) - Strength/Power Lifts - Strength Capacity - Core & injury Mitigation and Resiliency TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Missed Training Sessions: Given the nature of group training, if an individual has to miss a class due to other obligation or illness, we will not be providing a make-up session for the individual athlete. If you are aware of dates that you will be unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible to see if here is a possibility for accommodations. Cancellations: If training session has to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or coach/instructor illness we will do our best to provide a makeup date as schedules allow. Payment: Training can be paid monthly ($185/month) or all up front ($533) for a season. Payment is due at time of registration, if selecting monthly $185 is due at registration. Monthly payments will be due the 15th of each month for the upcoming month. If you are already enrolled with Flytta please contact us ASAP to secure your spot for the following season. Refunds: 8-4 Week Prior to Start of Training - All But $50 Processing and Admin Fee [No Credit Given] 4-2 Weeks Prior to Start of Training - No more than 50% Refund [Remaining Account Credit] 2 Weeks Prior and After Start of Training - No Refund Provided [Account Credit Given] Injuries: If your athlete gets injured while enrolled in training program, please alert us as soon as possible so we can make adjustments as needed. If it is an injury that prevents further participation, we could discuss possible prorated refund or credit to be used towards physical therapy with our in-house Physical Therapist or future training.
