We combine our expert training and experience in rehab and athletic programming to guide you safely in recovery and in the gym. Our Doctor of Physical Therapy is in the top 1% of trained professionals in the country and is prepared to help you find answers to keep going.

Have a current training program? Great. Let's work with it to make sure you have everything you need to meet your goals. We'll work together to establish a rehab program, troubleshoot your program and make the necessary adjustments to keep you moving forward with your training.

3-Month Program for Movers

Let's talk about our 3-month coaching program. You're playing the long game here. Training, fitness and health goals take time. It's a commitment. Add rehabbing an injury on top of it? Woof. Let us help. We're here to plan for and coach you through all of the obstacles to keep you moving forward.

  • Rehab Exercise Program that progresses as you do

  • Current Training Program Evaluation and Weekly Guidance on Modifications based on your Injury, Goals & Training Priorities

  • Establish a Take Off Training Program for those that don't have a current training program but have fitness or health goals in mind

  • Movement & Running Evaluation & Feedback

  • Exercise Technique and Training Volume Modifications

  • Client's Submit Weekly Form-Based Updates

  • Weekly Virtual Coaching Session to Address Submitted Content

  • Summary of Key Points Each Week

Welcome to T.T.I! Dr. Bri here. I'm a fellowship trained Doctor of Physical Therapy with nearly a decade of orthopedic and sports rehab experience and stand with the top 1% of trained DPT professionals in the country. One of the most frustrating things my active patients experience going through injury is being told to rest, ice and medicate. They leave a clinic with more questions than answers, and disappointed by providers who just don't get them as movers. As a provider, I was frustrated that I was unable to really coach my patients through their injury outside of their condition-specific rehab program. Thanks insurance and overbooked clinics. My movers needed more attention and nuance for their specific training circumstances than I was able to provide in a traditional clinic setting. Not only that, but they also needed their time back and not wasting it commuting to and from clinic appointments in the midst of training and life. T.T.I. is the solution.
