Dr. Brianna Ludtke, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT
Welcome! You can call me Dr. Bri. I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Over my 18 years of clinical training and practice, I've come to realize some very important things.
1). People are getting help with their pain or injury problems way too late.
2). Many problems can be solved with education and guidance on how to assess, process or modify habits, movements, training, etc. to manage their symptoms before needing medical intervention. Simple stuff.
3). There needs to be more case-based resources in the wild. ChatGPT is only as good as the questions you know to ask it. It's too general and too much of a people pleaser.
4). Our healthcare continuum absolutely includes Personal Trainers, Strength Coaches, Courtside or Field-side Coaches. We, on the clinical side, can get over ourselves and trust y'all.
5). Rehab Experts should be accessible to help troubleshoot problems when they come up. Without the hmm'ing and haw'ing over whether to stop training, seeing a doctor, sidelining an athlete, etc.
Why listen to me? Well, I'm a neurotic nerd. I think thinking about thinking and processing through cases is incredibly fun. I'm a pretty good teacher and educator, and I like doing it. I can save you a lot of time trying to figure it out - no matter how smart you absolutely are.
Here's my C.V. though:
